See the thing to the right of the video? It says 'Embed'.
Highlight that whole thing, then right click copy, or Ctrl C.
Then go back to your blog, and where you type your blog post info and the other crap you guys put in here, and paste it into where you put the text. (Ctrl V, or right click paste)
